HP Mini Netbook Problem Overheated

The Problem of this netbook is if i turn it on the LED is 0N but no power, my first step to check is the power adapter using a 24 volt bulb and digital multimeter when i check it the voltage correct so it means the adapter is fine. the second i check is the MOBO/ first i check is the SMD capacitor then i resolder it then i test it still no power up so the second i check is power IC i rework it then when i test it wow its power on but no display, my first suspected is the GPU/cheapset due to the overheated so i rework it then i test wow my netbook computer back to life again. see the photo below...........
